Lady Bird Johnson at Employee Christmas Party

In this photo, First Lady Lady Bird Johnson poses with staff members in front of the portrait of President Lincoln in the State Dining Room. White House Maitre d'hotel John W. Ficklin is seen in reviewing the buffet table in the back. Spread through much of the state floor of the building, including the State Dining Room, the party featured food, dancing, and live music.
